My stay at the Embassy Suites Birmingham ( 2300 Woodcrest Place ) was the worst stay ever at a Hilton property. After 9 1/2 hours on the road, I arrived at the hotel with normal expectation of our room being ready and accommodating. What followed was far from expectations. Below is an outline of issues: 1.
